Make Your Skin Glow in Summer

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Be it any season, if you must step out between 9 am – 3 pm, then sunscreen is a must. Coffee causes dehydration which in turn dries your skin so minimize coffee intake. Eat and do apply cucumber, as it contains vitamin C and caffeic acid which fights off wrinkles and sun damage. Apply dried and powdered peels of orange as a body scrub or as a face mask by adding this to milk cream to lighten dark spots and blemishes on your skin.
