Breathe Right to Feel Light

Breathing with your stomach can help reduce weight among many other advantages. Correct breathing – by inhaling through your belly – helps increase metabolism as well. And increased metabolism means decrease in weight. Moreover it also increases immunity and keeps away basic diseases like common cold and sinus. So start breathing right!
