Learn How Diet Improves Your Look

Diet is the fastest way to change your skin’s appearance. Smooth, soft, clear skin depends on fresh fruits and vegetables. Here are

  • Vitamin E rich nuts and antioxidant rich greens like broccoli, cabbage, and spring greens help the body to break down the toxins and eliminate those.
  • Vitamin C rich fruits (with the exception of grapefruit), and detox drinks such as, apple, cranberry, or red grape juice, and herbal teas or hot water with fresh lemon juice works wonder to give a radiant, baby soft skin.
  • Mineral rich foods improve skin’s tone. Start eating foods containing vitamin A, vitamin C, silica, sulphur, calcium and magnesium.
  • Essential Fatty Acid is a must (EFA’s) Omega 3 and Omega 6 will give you soft supple skin. It helps reduce skin’s dehydration and repairs damaged scarred skin and enhances skin tissue’s pliability.
  • Gentle cleansing teas, like white tea, green tea ginger or a detox tea will help clear toxins from the blood as these contain high concentration of antioxidants.
  • Say no to red meats and refined foods of any kind to put a stop at toxin intake.
Eliminate sugary foods, fried foods, and trans-fats (margarine, hydrogenated oils, shortening and dairy)
  • Take two anti-oxidant tablets after each meal for six weeks, and then cut back to two to four a day for the next three months. Women may need four tablets per day before a period is due.
Drink eight to ten glasses of fresh filtered water daily.
  • Echinacea is excellent for acne and cyst problems. Two tablets per day, taken for a period of three to five months is recommended.
  • One garlic tablet after each meal is good.

Believe it, given the modern lifestyle all of us are in need for a detox regime. Moreover, an over acidic, dehydrated body not only causes premature aging but also hampers your health. Think about it and make the change today.
