Tips to Vacuum Clean Your Mind

The average person has as many as 100,000 thoughts every day. Some of these thoughts pass through your mind with little or no impact upon your body or life, while the rest fall into two categories: thoughts that help you and thoughts that hinder you. So every moment of every day, we have the ability to create for ourselves new beginnings and new challenges that can help us reach our full potential. But it all depends on us that by which thought we get inspired.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed by negative thoughts, people, and circumstances, but we can take steps to understand what it means to live a balanced life says Dr Anand. Here are few tips that help to keep your mind in control:
Get regular exercise – A well-rounded fitness routine including a strength training, aerobic conditioning, and flexibility helps to increase mental sharpness and physical endurance. Plus you look great, feel great, and reduce your risk of disease.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to transport vital nutrients, regulate body temperature, ease digestion, keep joints supple, cleans out your body, and to keep skin healthy and young. Remember not drinking enough water leads to dehydration, resulting in headaches, fatigue, dizziness, constipation, foggy memory and can lead to excess water weight, causing you feel bloated and heavy. So detoxifying your, mind and body.
Forgive yourself. When you forgive others you actually forgive yourself from pain.
Invest in relationships to stay happy. It’s difficult to be happy alone so nurture friends. Also you should love yourself intensely. Once you are at peace with yourself, it’s easy to have peaceful mind.
Get to indulge in your favorite extracurricular activity as and when you get some time. If you always remain over packed with work, then try to slot one particular time for your hobby. Be it painting, singing, cooking or anything else just do it which you enjoy in the slotted time period, to relax yourself. At least go for it once in a week.
Screen yourself from negative people. You know them. They are like viruses and they are not good for your enthusiasm.
Learn to forget the past. Most of us are hanging in the time machine, playing the record that happened many years ago. It is not right for your emotional well being.
Cut Alcohol as it distresses you and makes you restless. So try to be moderate with your pegs to enjoy a stress free life.
