Milk Is Not Only For Kids

When you are stressed brain needs an amino acid called tryptophan in order to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter nicknamed the brain’s Prozac, thanks to its happy-making and calming effect. Milk is enriched with tryptophan. Mom was right when she gave you a glass of milk before bedtime. Milk has tryptophan, a protein that helps you fall sleep and when you sleep well you handle stress better.

So no more you can skip milk. Whatsoever age you may be fall in love with milk to delete stress. A cup of milk is must for good mood and good health.
