No-Sugar Custard for Diabetics

no-sugar custard Diagnosis of diabetes doesn’t mean that the patient can’t indulge his sweet tooth. No-Sugar Custard is   an easy to make recipe for diabetics. It has fruit sweet which substitutes for the sugar.


6 egg yolks
1/4 cup Fruit Sweet
1/2 cup flour
2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 tbsp. butter


  • Beat egg yolks and Fruit Sweet until thick and pale in a bowl.
  • While continuing to beat, gradually sift in flour.
  • Pour into a saucepan and place over low heat on the stove. Gradually add milk and vanilla.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened to a custard consistency.Remove from heat.
  • Melt butter and pour over custard to prevent a skin from forming while it cools.

3 cups of cool custard is ready to serve.
