What is Dragon Breath

Bad or foul smells which originates and moves beyond mouth and do not allow anyone stand by you is called dragon breath. If bad breath precedes your words, it can be a sign of medical disorder, such as a local infection in the respiratory tract, chronic sinusitis, postnasal drip, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, gastrointestinal disturbance, liver or kidney ailment.

Tips to treat it

To keep bad breath at bay, scrape your tongue after you brush your teeth especially at the back—the place where bad breath causing bacteria live. Also change the time when you gargle with your mouthwash from early morning to night.

During night our mouths produce less of saliva—natural antiseptic against bacteria, hence it is a wise idea to use mouthwash during the night to wash away bacteria that cause stink bombs.
