Strawberry Smoothie

• ½ cup strawberries
• 1/2 cup skimmed milk
• ½ cup low fat yogurt
• ½ teaspoon honey
• 6 to 7 almonds

Method to cook
Coarsely chop ½ cup strawberries and gradually add 1/2 cup skimmed milk, ½ cup low fat yogurt and ½ tsp honey to it in a blender. Once it is evenly blended pour into a tall glass and sprinkle finely chopped 6 to 7 almonds. Make a refreshing drink that is very high in nutrition and taste and yet low on calories.
