Lebanese Cauliflower


  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice


Method to cook

Take one head of a cauliflower and break into smaller flowerets. Steam/boil till slightly tender.

In a blender, add 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 5-6 cloves of garlic and 2tbsp lemon juice. Blend till the mixture is even but coarsely ground. Toss the steamed cauliflower flowerets in this sesame paste and mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and bake for 10 minutes in an oven. Serve hot.
