Summer Delight Panna of Green Mangoes

Easy to prepare, mango juice has numerous health benefits. Containing high level of antioxidant, mango juice in particular helps in cleaning your blood. Drink it alone or you can prepare a mix juice by combining several other types of fruit juices for example kiwi and banana. It goes good with these fruits.

How to cook panna of green mangoes

Pressure-cook a kilo of green mangoes in little water. Discard the water and retain the contents, after removing the skin and the seeds. Puree them well enough in an electric blender. Allow it to cool. After a while, blend together, heaped seven table- spoonfuls, of sugar, a pinch of cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron with iced water in an electric blender. Serve it cool.
