Health benefits of muskmelon:

How to cook muskmelon shake


  • 1 muskmelon or kharbuja, any size
  • cane sugar or golden sugar or jaggery as required (optional)


Rinse the musk melon in water. Cut into half, then slice them into long pieces. Remove the peel as well the seeds and separate it from the flesh. Now chop and add in a blender. Add the sugar or jiggery. Tom  make thickm heavy shake no need to add water. Just blend till smooth and pour the juice in glasses to serve immediately. If you want, you can add ice cubes as per your own preference.

Points to remember:

  • Instead of cane sugar any other sweetener can also be added like honey or maple syrup.
  • If the juice is thick, add some water of milk.
