I am a regular consumer of Amla Juice. I am taking the juice of one amla daily since 1 year and I have observed that my skin texture has dramatically improved. Earlier my sugar level would be very high though I would be on strict diet and medicine. With the consumption of amla juice regularly, I am happy to say that my blood sugar level is under control. I have also reduced the dosage of the medicine to the minimal.

Yes, it is true amla juice is highly useful from health’s viewpoints. I know it from personal experience. I was suffering from high blood pressure and sugar issues. A doctor recommended me to have the juice twice a day, on empty stomach. I followed his advice and it helped in a big way. Now I am hooked on to this wonderful gift of nature for a plethora of other benefits also.
