Lehsun ki kheer

      MINT CHICKEN       Ingredients: Chicken breasts 200 g Onion 1 medium Tomato 1 big Salt to taste Oil 1 tbsp Mint leaves 1 cup Spices For Wet Grinding: 2 cup mint leaves, 1 cup coriander, 5 green chilies, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 ½ tbsp, garlic paste For Dry Grinding: 1-1/2 tsp Aniseeds, Cumin 1-1/2 tsp, Cloves 5, Cinnamon stick 1 inch, Whole peppercorns 1 tsp, Poppy seeds 1 tsp Method: Cut onion pieces 1/4sq.inch, cut tomatoes, make a paste of Garlic and Ginger, chop pepper, and cut the chicken into sizable pieces.
